Most Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) are located in or near underserved communities where many residents lack access to high-paying jobs, quality schools, or other economic advantages. By bringing HBCUs and MSIs together with community leaders and businesses, the HBCU Community Development Action Coalition (CDAC) helps provide sustainable economic opportunities in those neighborhoods. We are dedicated to reversing historical inequities and empowering

people of color, but we need support. With investments from corporations, foundations, and government agencies. we can continue this important work.
